The Conditions of Sale can be inspected at the office of the SHERIFF BOKSBURG at 182 Leeuwpoort Street, Boksburg. None of the abovementioned descriptions of improvements of the properties are guaranteed. The right is reserved to withdraw a property from the auction. Registration
Please note: a registration fee of R 15 000.00 - in a form of a bank guaranteed cheque (refundable) is applicable upon registration to attend the auction
For registration a certified copy of ID document and proof of address is required
All bank guaranteed cheques must be made out to SHERIFF BOKSBURG
Registration closes strictly at 09:20 on the day of the sale.
